About Us
OUR STORY
At Gio’s Pizzeria, we believe in more than just serving delicious food. We believe in giving back to the community that supported us during one of the most challenging times in our family’s lives.
Our journey is inspired by our son Giovanni, our brave little warrior boy who fought valiantly and survived a childhood Cancer, known as Medulloblastoma. During his battle, our family received an outpouring of love, support, and prayers from the community and local churches. Now, we have a dream to pay it back and positively impact the lives of other families going through a similar battle.
“Never travel on this journey of life alone,” is something our family strongly believes in.
Our MISSION
Our Mission is to create a welcoming environment where families can enjoy great food while contributing to other local Cancer families and other meaningful causes that mean a lot to our family.
By combining our passion for pizza with our commitment to community service, we strive to be more than just a pizzeria. We aim to be a beacon of Hope and support for those in need, just as the community was for us.
Supporting Pediatric Cancer
We have a special place in our hearts for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, which provides financial assistance and support to families facing pediatric cancer. They supported us financially through radiation treatments from C.H.O.P. We will be hosting their oh-so-famous lemonade stand in June 2025 to give back!
Local Partnerships
We want to collaborate with local businesses and organizations to host fundraising events, food drives, and community activities.
These partnerships help strengthen our community and ensure we all work together towards a common goal.
CHARITY EVENTS
From lemonade stands to charity runs, we dream of organizing events that bring people together to support various causes.
Our events will be fun and engaging and serve as a reminder of the power of the community!
